- Your order number
- The name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return
- A short description of the issue (e.g., incorrect size, color, product defect, etc.)
- The country you are contacting us from
Our customer support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with the next steps. Once approved, you may proceed with returning the product.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Defective items (e.g., damaged packaging, manufacturing flaws)
- Non-defective items (e.g., sizing issues, unwanted color)
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 60 days from the date of delivery
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
4. Important Notes
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- A pre-printed return label with the return address is included in your package to simplify the return process.
- During holiday periods, refund processing and shipping timelines may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
